Engineered Coatings utilizes in-house laboratory capabilities to perform targeted testing and evaluation of concrete substrates to determine their suitability for proposed flooring systems.

Our testing and sampling protocols help identify key factors that can impact system performance, including moisture conditions, surface integrity, and potential contaminants—allowing us to make informed recommendations prior to installation.

In addition, we provide evaluation and analysis of existing or underperforming resinous flooring systems. This includes both in-house assessments and coordination with qualified third-party laboratories when more advanced analysis is required.

This practical, field-informed approach helps reduce risk, improve system selection, and ensure that each installation is aligned with real-world conditions and performance expectations.
