Our Mechanical Room Systems are typically a solid color resurfacer installed from 1/8”-1/4” in thickness using an epoxy binder with natural quartz aggregate, combined with the added benefit of a high-build, flexible, waterproofing membrane to offer maximum protection from leakage to any occupied areas below it. This seamless floor system is highly durable and easy-to-maintain while providing an extra margin of protection in an area that may be subject to point-impact damage, vibration and substrate movement.
